Directions for best results: With fingertips, apply a small amount over the surface of the leather book. Spread conditioner around the area you are treating, use gentle massaging motions over the surface, continue to gently massage the surface until conditioner has penetrated the leather. The longer you leave the conditioner the more it will continue to penetrate the leather. After gently massaging the conditioner into the leather, let the book sit for a 2-3 minute period. The entire process should take about 5-10 minutes depending on the book. Afterwards gently wipe off any excess conditioner with a soft cloth, continue to gently buff the book until there is a nicely buffed sheen over the leather. The goal is not to remove all of the conditioner, as it continues to soften and hydrate the leather long after the initial treatment.
 
If you desire the absolute best result, allow to set overnight and buff with a lint-free cloth.
